Returns & Exchanges (The Practical Bits)
We accept returns only if your product arrives damaged during delivery, and the request is raised within 14 days of delivery.
If that happens, we’ll send you a replacement.
Refunds aren’t available at the moment.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition you received it
- in its original packaging
What happens next
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm it’s reached us safely.
After that, we’ll share tracking details for your replacement.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be exchanged.
Sale items, unfortunately, can’t be exchanged.
Exchanges (If something’s off)
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged, and the request is raised within 14 days of delivery.

What to expect
Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label.
